Anthony Petchel is the founder of Mission Trajectory, a strategic consulting practice that helps nonprofit organizations align mission, funding, and finance for long-term sustainability. With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning fundraising, teaching, executive search, and commercial banking, he brings a cross sector perspective to philanthropic strategy and nonprofit growth. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), an MBA, and has led teams at organizations including REACH Community Development and the science museum OMSI.
Anthony co-founded the Nonprofit Financial Leadership Academy and serves as an adjunct instructor in the Master of Public Administration program at Portland State University, where he teaches nonprofit finance, strategic planning, and fundraising. A frequent national speaker and longtime board leader, he currently serves as the Oregon and SW Washington chapter president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
